Pluto – Disney Pop Art Painting on Recycled Pallet Wood | Vincent Streiff

This original, one-of-a-kind artwork by French artist Vincent Streiff (VincePopArt) is a painting made from recycled pallet boards, featuring Pluto, Mickey Mouse's loyal canine companion, in a bright, resolutely contemporary pop art style.

The artist uses a mixed technique combining acrylic paint, acrylic markers and spray paint, enriched with comic book reproductions glued directly onto the wood. The whole is protected by a layer of epoxy resin, giving a glossy effect and a shiny finish that enhances the colours and durably protects the artwork.

Around Pluto, the artist slips in a few knowing nods to the Disney universe: Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Scrooge McDuck appear as small touches within the composition, reinforcing the nostalgic, playful dimension of this piece. This artwork embodies a creative fusion of urban art and responsible upcycling, transforming pallet wood into a unique, characterful wall artwork. It carries a unique number 1/1 and the artist's signature on the back.
